Allison Fuller (1/5 stars, 3 years ago): I replaced a 7 sections of my wooded privacy fence on the second week in may. My fence sections were neatly stack for expected pick up on Tuesday May 11 the truck came trough and skipped my home. I called 3 times that week for pick up because I was having a pool party and expected the waste to be gone. They did not pick It up nor did I receive a phone. call. The next Tuesday I was hoping it would be picked up because I I was have having card my card come for my Childs birthday and hoped they waste would be gone to not obstruct my decoration. it was not picked up. I then received a note on my mail that they only pickup 5 yards per week. In only selecting a few pieces they have scattered the fence out in the street. Unacceptable.

carolyn cole (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): If I could give them a zero I sure would. Theae people are horrible! The pick and choose when and what they wanna pick up. More often then not my yard debris is not picked up. They just speed down my street like it is race track! I have emailed the company and was told it would be picked up Monday (the 23rd) my branches and yard debris is still in the same place it was!. Very poor service!!!

troy knox (1/5 stars, a year ago): Been using them for over a year i got hit with two overage charges in one month but the overages were for previous months. When i called they told me it was because i had missed the cutoff for billing which i didnt understand since i had been billed and paid since the charges. They also hit me for a ridiculous amount for fuel charges because they said of the overages. Based on their reasoning if its over they get charged more so i asked if its less than half full do i get charged less and of course the answer was no. Seems like its either like what they give you or your out of luck.
