They have helped me unload and help me understand more about recycling since I am semi new to the process. They have been more than patient with me and are never rude. I've always received a more than fair price. I can not possibly understand what the people giving them such a low rating could have done but I assure you it must have been something they did . I am there almost everyday and have never had any issues !! Sincerely Metallic dark chocolate lol
