Nicho Brown (4/5 stars, a year ago): Easy access. No clutter to navigate through on way to the scale. Being my first time there I was not familiar with the procedure. I parked to the side and sat for a few minutes thinking there may be an attendant to give direction. No attendant. Walked to the scale house and lingered for a moment and asked a worker what the procedure was and he cordially obliged. The young lady operating the scale got my i.d and plate info as her job requires. Some may interpret her lack of communication as rude or having an attitude but realistically working a scrap yard how cheerful can one expect a chick to be. A bit of a chill Is understandable. I wasn't there for meaningless chitchat and was not subjected to any. Unloading my trailer was straight forward and getting reweighed took only a couple minutes. I had to ask about the process of payment and again a fellow I asked cordially directed me to the window at the end of the scale house. If I had known the what and where I could have been in and out the gate in under 15 minutes with the little amount I had. If I may suggest a sign with the simplest instructions for first timers and us old timer first timers. Overall the experience was brief and simple. No complaints here. I'll return when the need arises.
