Wyatt O'Connell (2/5 stars, a year ago): Been here multiple times to drop off large quantity’s of fridges freezers and scrap. I’ve only been helped by the same brunette gal every time except for once. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional from this particular gal. Very stuck up and visibly upset EVERY time I go in. I don’t really care to much besides having to come here a lot and wonder if all the other customers get the same treatment? Thanks for your business and I’ll watch for a name tag to further describe the individual next time.

The guy who helped me was super friendly and quick. Same with the guy handing me my new fortune. I've got more computers to recycle and I'll take it to Pacific again.
