I had a great experience today. It was a super fast and efficient process. Be sure to have your ID and cash at hand. The guys were super sweet. They are not allowed to accept tips but appreciate water Gatorade or cookies. I will make sure I have those with me next time.😀

Very rude worker asked what I had after checking my ID did not acknowledge what I told him and immediately walked around to the back of my suv. Windows are dark so knowing he couldn’t see in the back I opened the hatch when he literally yelled at me “I didn’t say to open it yet!!!” Even his coworkers were shocked and were very polite to overcompensate for him. This guy needs to be in the back not upfront with the public.

If you have your ducks in a row with everything sorted etc. before you get there it’s a surprisingly enjoyable experience. The people are great and everything seems well organized - better than I’ve seen in multiple other states.
