They have been great to work with! Always very prompt with pickups and deliveries. Dallin is a great customer rep and has been great to work with. Very responsive when called. Andres Rojas (2/5 stars, 3 months ago): 2 hours loading make sure you check the dock before you back up because I found 2 nails on my tires because there’s a lot of trash on your way to back up. Update of your answer: i didn’t fail anything I showed up at 12pm with my own trailer I’m over the road not at local driver didn’t dropped any trailer I scaled in the guy on the scale told me to back up on door 3 if I’m not mistaken waited 2 hours to get loaded then someone told me to scaled out and park my truck between in front of the scales to get my paperwork
