Lunas Construction Clean-Up

sergio vega (1/5 stars, 3 years ago): I have a local house fix and flip company and I am ordering Trash Bins constantly. I decided to go with Lunas as my dumpster vendor but sadly it was a disappointing experience overall. I have four main problems I want to share about my experience. 1. The driver knocked over my block wall on the side of my house. They send a surveyor to take a look and he said they would charge the driver for it I thought that was unethical but so be it. The wall repair took 7 weeks and it still was not completed. Im Constantly having to text/ call the manager to get the wall fix. I dont believe that it will be fully repaired. Ill have to come money out of pocket to finish it. 2. Two times I was over charged for bins I didn't order. One issue with overcharging was not resolved right away and took over a week speaking to management to get it fix. The second time it was fixed quickly with no issues. 3. On a different delivery the trash bin was delivered in front of the neighbors. The neighbors complained with the city and Lunas wanted the to charge me moving it again. I had confirmed I wanted it in my own driveway. I refused to pay a moving fee when it was delivered to the wrong location. 4. Last they no longer want to take my service. Ive been dreading writing a negative post by giving them multiple chances. They have given up on providing service and there is not much I can do about it but share my experience. There are smaller issues but Im not going to address them here. I do believe in giving people another opportunity so If you want to try them out go for It have your own experience. As for me I will no longer recommend them to my friends and colleges. I will call my friends/house flipper friends and share my experience. Overall bad experience.

Jacob “Jay” Freeman (1/5 stars, 6 years ago): They delivered a 40 yd dumpster to our house after we had a house fire completely destroyed our kitchen and parts of the rest of our downstairs. Everything was fine till they came to pick it up. Whoever came to pick it up took a bunch of the trash out of the dumpster for it in the street right in front of our driveway and left. When we called we were told that it wasn't his fault cuz the gate was open to the end of the dumpster. Which it wasn't because of where it was sitting if that gate hadn't been latched it would have swung wide open and we would have seen it but it wasn't. They said to close it he had to dump what he did. Instead of coming to the door and talking to one of us about any supposed problem he dumps trash in the street and leaves without a word. At the same time they refused to have someone come and rectify it agréeing only after a couple phone calls to look at photos if we email them to them. Neighbors have already complained to us about it and it's literally directly obstructing our driveway. If there was a problem that was our fault there were more professional ways to go about it.
