You can ask for your pallet back and they'll keep it to take 300 lbs off your load. This place has become a joke. The old looking blonde lady working the counter either needs to go get some training or get gone for good.

Keenan Lewis (1/5 stars, 8 months ago): Misgraded my copper 1 to copper 2 on 297 lbs yesterday. I didn’t notice until I had drove off or I would not have not let the workers take off with my load. They do this purposefully from what I have read so I will keep away after that one. They got a good 600 dollars + worth of free material from us.
