If you like to get treated like you're stupid then Jarvis is the place for you! You can ask for your pallet back and they'll keep it to take 300 lbs off your load. This place has become a joke. The old looking blonde lady working the counter either needs to go get some training or get gone for good.

Misgraded my copper 1 to copper 2 on 297 lbs yesterday. I didn’t notice until I had drove off or I would not have not let the workers take off with my load. They do this purposefully from what I have read so I will keep away after that one. They got a good 600 dollars + worth of free material from us.
