Why is it OK for them 2 pick up the trash and the bag burst it's not OK 2 leave the trash. Here's some examples this morning. People over here take pride in their yard.

Went last Friday to dispose of a TV and they were closed without any signage indicating the reason (meanwhile trash was picked up so I had no reason to think Hazardous Wast would be closed). Called the phone number on the sign and got a message saying that the voicemail was full. Called the city and was told that they closed Tuesday through Friday because of the hurricane but would "tentatively" be open Saturday. Of course the person I'd spoken with couldn't tell me where that information was posted so citizens would be aware of it. Called HW Saturday morning no answer and again a full VM box so I didn't bother going in case they were closed. Is it really that difficult to post a sign advising of the change in schedule of operations?
