AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unfortunately for me it was a last resort and I had no where else to go in a pinch. I was warned about this place but didn’t think it was THIS BAD. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a salvage yard. Wish I could give this place negative stars! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever witnessed in my ENTIRE LIFE. The man I spoke with was disgustingly rude and absolutely zero help. I paid over a 1000$ for a bad part “unmatched quality control standards” as their website states it’s unmatched because from customer quality to product quality it’s all awful. I get it’s a salvage yard with used parts but the least they could do is hire better employees. I will never go back to this place or give them my business ever again

Horrible customer service! Actually got yelled at on the phone for saying the wrong thing. Then was told they didn't have the car make and model I was looking for even though it's one of the most common vehicles in town. They may not have had it but they made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them anyway.
