General Scrap Material

The staff here went above and beyond to help us with our first load to their yard! Took their time to help us maximize our money and the equipment operators are VERY good at what they do! We will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back!

The black girl at the desk is very rude and unprofessional you ask her a question and she turns her head and ignore you. She also operates the scale very slow leaving lines up to the Main Street with no consideration of people time if she’s operating I recommend going to other scrap yard in Waskom or on Hollywood Ave. After this experience several other business partner will be relocating our business else where until the black girl has been fired and you stop getting ripped out your money. If you are in a hurry and trying to make money please avoid for 1 load will be all you will be able to get.

I have been to a lot of different scrap yards. This one is decent. They have reasonable rates (not the best but certainly not the worst) they have cleared up the paths some since I first went there a couple of years ago but you still have to watch where you go and go extremely slow or you could very easily damage your vehicle. One of my biggest complaints would be the fact that they only have one scale coming in and going out. With the volume of business that they do it would behoove them to install multiple scales in my opinion. There have been times that they were so busy that the lines coming in and out made for a very long wait time. Friendly staff. I have and still do recommend them to friends.
