Andrew Shaver (4/5 stars, 2 years ago): Normally I give them five stars all day long everyday I've been going there for close to 20 years. Until today I never had any kind of an issue. When I got there I Was preparing to drive on the scales this employee told me that I was to go drive around and side that I did not need to go on the scales. I informed him that just because I do not have a trailer doesn't mean that I don't need to go on the scales I said I've been coming here for almost 20 years I know I have to drive on the scales. Well being a good person I listened to uninformed employee and then waited in line for 45 minutes to drive around the corner and go inside. When I got in there I was told I needed to leave and go back out on the scales. At this point I was extremely mad but I swallowed my tongue said I told you so and then waited another 30 minutes to drive on the scales. Which all this extra waiting which was completely unnecessary and avoidable caused me to be late for an afternoon appointment that I could not miss so thank you mister scale operator please next time try to be more informed about your job thank you and have a good day..
