The stations are open Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. They are closed Sunday and Monday, and on several holidays including MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Computers and televisions are limited to two every six months. Fluorescent tube lighting is limited to 10 every 3 months. Small remodeling waste is limited to one visit per month, up to five cubic yards.
