EMR DALLAS (GOLD METAL RECYCLERS) - Recycling Center in Dallas, TX

I picked up here for the first time. Very friendly service. Very helpful. Where so many other places have bad attitudes it's nice to pick up from people like here!

Easy to get to. Get inline and onto scale. They come out to you once on the scale. Guy in a golf cart escorts you to your dock. Unload wasn’t too long once they get to me. Two other trucks were ahead of me. Once empty back to the scale and they bring out your bills.

I'm not sure about the business but I came across with this company unfortunately by a bad driver. He was driving recklessly and of course the back of the truck wasn't secure enough. Something came out of it (metal rock I really don't know) but it destroyed my windshield. I tried to make him stop and he just ignored me and kept going. Called the police and got the incident report contacted the EMR office in Dallas and at first the lady called Melissa picked up I told her the information and sent her an email. I called her later and the next person to pick up the phone said that she was travelling for work since yesterday (I just called her this morning) until Friday. Sounds like they don't want to deal with this. I'm uploading the pictures of truck and the damage. I have the plates but I'm not sure I should post here. I will wait and see if they reply to me. UPDATING: Just got a call from a Mike and of course as any company that don't give a damn about the damage they cause he's not going to help and even tried to suggest that I was lying that he doesn't even know if it was his truck (with all the pictures incident report etc.). TERRIBLE COMPANY. People try to stay away or even other roads or streets from this company's trucks!! for your own safety. They WILL BLAME YOU.
