Lady at the office was more interested in eating and texting than helping at the window trying to talk with a mouthful of peanuts was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They make you weigh in empty then back in to get loaded. You gotta back in the alleyway to the scale again had a forklift driver come out and cram another bundle in and say you're OK you can go... went back in for paperwork and asked for breakdown of weights. She got mad and said I gave it to you when the whole time she had the paperwork on her hand then says I give not because I have to I don't have to but because I want to... yeah I was confused but ok... (still did not get breakdown of weights btw) come to a cat scale my tandems are at 40 320 moved tandems all the way to the back weight is at 35 980 damn if that last bundle did not f me over. Won't come back here again.

Logan Fletcher (3/5 stars, a year ago): Brush up on your hand signals before you come it’s in a neighborhood the neighbors come out and watch the truck drivers for entertainment. The back to the docks isn’t bad what’s bad is the way u gotta back down to the dump truck scale that 53’s don’t fit on to scale in then go get loaded and back down that alley again to scale out. That being said they don’t max you. You’ll spend more time moving your truck around then you actually will getting loaded 1.5-2 hours “in and out”
