Clean the Planet Recycling

I like this place. When they are open it is fast and courteous. They pay a fair price. But you never know if it's open on a particular day. They post Mon-Fri and close at 5 pm. I've loaded up bags of cans and driven there to the new facility on N. Country Club only to find them closed 2 out of 4 times since they relocated. It was the same way when they were on 5th and Lewis. You load up and take your chances. Sorry way to run a business.

First time here-it was open (Wednesday around noon). Very small place with just one guy working both the scale and the payment window. The fellow working was friendly and helpful. He didn’t do anything weird with the scale or give me a different price than what was posted (things I’ve experienced at other scrap places…it happens). The prices for cans (crushed or not) was great and I didnt wait too long to be in with 39lbs of cans and out with cash in hand. I will definitely be back next time I’ve got cans-service and pricing beat the rest of the surrounding recyclers.
