BottleDrop Redemption Center
About This Center
Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations for up to 50 containers per day, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating locations. Customers can receive their refund value as cash or store credit at participating retailers through BottleDrop Plus, which offers 20% more refund value. Additionally, customers can link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account to save for education. The system is effective in redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon. Visitors can find more information and FAQs on the BottleDrop website.

As soon as we started the lady working there approached him with a attitude interrogating him about his cans then when we finished and we were cashing in our tickets I told her the machine wasnt reading my tickets she looked at me an told us that we were barred from coming to that place for 30 days she took my tickets and then said she couldnt find them in the computer looking at me like I was trying to be slick so we couldnt cash them she tried to hand me a business card with the tickets an told me I had to call to see if they would help me I told her no! I want to talk to the manager the manager came up took the tickets and showed her how to do her job (even though she said she knew what she was doing because she had worked there over a year and knew her job). There were a handful of people there the store wasnt busy at all she didnt have to be rude but she choose too poor customer service un-willing to do her job and help a customer choosing to kick people out of the establiment without cause I have no idea why this lady is working with the puplic when its obvious she dont want too and it reflects poorly on the business they are there to provide a service to the puplic not embarrass them shame them or belittle them nobody go's to bottle drop because they love it its more of a necessity and being treating like this to boot is just insult to injury.! Choose a better location thats my advice.

It does not have a public bathroom you can use but the Harbor Freight next door does. Bravo Tigard for having the best bottle drop I have ever seen or experienced.

It’s gotten to a point where they don’t have enough drop-off locations and enough employees to count to make room for more bags. It was so packed that as soon as the door unlocked it popped open from the force of the packed bags. Holding the bag in to get the pic as it fell right out when I fully opened the door.
