Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations for up to 50 containers per day, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating locations. Customers can receive their refund value as cash or store credit at participating retailers through BottleDrop Plus, which offers 20% more refund value. Additionally, customers can link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account to save for education. The system is effective in redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon.

Cherry (1/5 stars, 9 months ago): Very few of the employees actually care and they are incredibly strict on the daily limit. This location currently gets 1 star because out of 11 can processors only 3 aren't out of order! This causes the wait to be excessive. Just go to the one on Lancaster early in the morning it will be more worth it than waiting in line for 45 mins - 1 hour!

Tanya Chamberlain (5/5 stars, 9 months ago): They have always been quick processing my bags drops until recently. I understand they are down a person down and it is taking a little longer this time. Other than that they have been very helpful when I've been redeeming can and bottles.

Jess McBride (1/5 stars, 9 months ago): Only 3 machines working. Waited an hour was first in line suddenly felt like I was going to throw up. I asked if i could use the bathroom and was told "no public restrooms" I'm 37 weeks pregnant waited in the heat which of course I could of left any time but I ended up giving my can aways because I didn't want to puke on their floors. Ended up getting sick in my car. Do better.
