Staff is usually friendly and I'm glad to have a way to recycle since we don't have home recycling service in the area. My only complaint is that the hours aren't longer.

My only complaint is that they tend to close early. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Even when the knee gets backed up folks tend to move through decently quickly.

Man this place sucks. First you have to separate everything yourself. Then you have to go to different parts to unload your trash. But the worst part is the guy in the truck. He doesn't say hi and let you know who he is. He just demanded to see what we were getting rid of. Then he told us " you take the paper and wires over there" . Not showing exactly where to go. He won't tell you you have to pay the lady here first then go around to them. He followed us around constantly speeding in front of us slamming on his breaks to stop and jumping out like swat. I wouldn't ever go back there. I got charged $15 for two bags of old instillation
