The recycling center, located at 400 Pinion Bluff Drive in Bella Vista, Arkansas, prides itself on recycling over 5 million pounds of material annually and donating 100% of the net proceeds to local charities. They accept paper products, plastic bottles, cans, glass (not accepted), and wearable clothing for drop-off. Specific instructions include no plastic food containers, only plastic bottles are accepted. The center is open 24 hours Monday to Saturday and is situated one road north of the T.H. Brian Lilly (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): If you are having a great day are feeling productive and want to do something good for humanity (recycle to help keep your household items out of landfills) but you also need someone to yell at you for your good deeds... Stop by this place to drop off your recycling! They will happily yell at you make you feel bad and help put that dark spot on what was a happy and sunny day! Response to their response... From the numerous reviews stating how rude the employees at this facility can be it is obvious there is a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed. If the facility is going to respond to these reviews with comments like...were you having trouble reading the signage it showcases the poor leadership this facility is managed by. We are your customers. We are the reason you exist. You should want our business. You should be working to keep our business. Telling us to drive to another facility in another town is bad business. No it wasn't loud. No your employee wasn't trying to assist us. Your employee was yelling at my teenage son flailing her arms and acting like a person that should not be in that position if she cannot understand the basics of decency and normal customer service. Another patron was there and witnessed the way your employee was acting. That patron looked at us smiled and rolled their eyes in disbelief as even they couldn't believe the way we were being treated. We took the high road said nothing back and went on with our day. If we have to drive to Pineville to recycle it would probably discourage us from recycling altogether. I hope you all figure out how to provide a little better customer service. I am optimistic you can do it.
