Devlin Road Recycling Transfer Facility, located at 889 Devlin Road in American Canyon, offers a range of services for waste disposal and recycling. The facility is open daily from 8am to 4pm, except on specific holidays when it is closed or has reduced hours. Accepted items for a fee include garbage, mixed construction and demolition waste (C&D), shingles, carpet, bulky items like furniture and appliances (including freon removal), tires, and clean dirt. Since 2007, the facility has incorporated a mixed C&D processing area to enhance recycling efforts, sorting materials like wood, carpet, plastics, and metal. Carpet is recycled into various products, including new carpet, carpet padding, plastic lumber, and car parts.
