Yes, LED bulbs are recyclable for the metal and electronics inside, and they contain no mercury, so they aren't hazardous like CFLs. They aren't curbside, though: take them to a hardware-store bulb drop-off (Home Depot, Lowe's) or an e-waste site; a single burned-out LED can otherwise go in the trash.
