WM - Waters Landfill

The best waste company in our Northern Michigan region. They are kind courteous and a true "neighbor" if that makes sense. I appreciate the professionalism that the drivers possess. Even more so I LOVE that WM puts the safety of their drivers in mind and will at times of severe weather will cancel the service and move it either a day later or to the next week to make sure that their drivers are safe on the road. I think I respect that more than anything. With that kindness to their employees + the drivers being absolutely amazing there is no other company I would ever want to go with.

Extremely difficult to reach an agent. Endless prompts once you find a phone number which is not openly listed on their site. I just went through 9 minutes of phone prompts before getting a message to say they are closed. We have had two pick-ups missed without return for pick up or credit to our bill. Been with them 10+ years and will be finding a new service.

Drivers do a great job. However billing is never the same when it comes to pricing and has almost doubled in the last couple years of service. I’m looking for another company. If it wasn’t for the driver I’d just stop services and go to our local dump.
