I have had excellent service. Waste management has great communication regarding scheduling and fees. There is no guess work here. Trucks show up on time I'm a happy girl lol.

Great customer service!! My ONLY complaint would be it's very difficult to get a hold of an actual human for customer service! Tried the chat on the website and keeps saying "not available now". The humans I have spoken too have been extremely polite and knowledgeable!
