Alyssa Damke (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): I’m trying to get ahold of someone via your number with no luck. So I will blast you on every outlet until this is resolved. Our trash was not picked up at 3656 Hubbard Ave N on Friday 10/11/24 even though it was out. Everyone else had their trash picked up. Over night a raccoon must have tipped over the can and now there is an insane mess now!! COME CLEAN IT UP AND PICK UP OUR TRASH IMMEDIATELY !!!! Update: tried to call and submit a missed pick up request through their absolutely horrendous automated system and literally got no where with it. what a joke

Julie (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): Driver literally slammed a giant bin into the back of my car over a week ago (8/26) and left the scene with no report of any damages to my car. I’ve been on hold via phone multiple times and/or made calls but was not able to connect with an actual person. I then tried physically going to the center (9/3) and speaking with someone and they directed me to the website which I had already tried multiple times. I finally was able to connect yesterday (9/3) via phone and all they did was give me a claim number with empty promises of being called back today on 9/4 by end of day. It’s end of day 9/4 and still no call back or solution to the driver literally damaging my car and not reporting it. I luckily have video footage and will be filing a police report and insurance claim. It’s one thing to accidentally cause damage and mention it like I get it it’s heavy or whatever… but it’s another thing to accidentally cause damage literally leave the scene and then have the company never once follow up or provide a direct person or contact to follow up with. The damage is not horrible but there are noticeable scratches dents and green paint stuck to my car now and it was just bought less than a year ago. Edited: 9/10: As you can see they sent an auto reply and couldn’t even select an emotion from the options in parentheses. Why should I have to reach out AGAIN (after reaching out multiple times since original review) to try to get ahold of someone?

Zackery Harbeintner (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): They consistently miss dumpster pickups and will just let them sit at our customers homes. I have been on the phone trying to schedule a pickup for 2 dumpsters they missed. I have been on the phone for 2 hours and transferred to 9 different people and I'm on hold again. This is a weekly occurrence at this point. Don't waste your time money and energy on WM if you can help it.
