Service is very reliable. A little disappointed that no form of recycling is available where we live. Also I can't pay my bill online because of a problem with their website that no one can resolve or explain. I have had online access to my account for nearly 20 years and when I moved I was not able to reestablish my online account and now I have to write a paper check and mail in in. Kind of frustrating for this day and age.

One of the most difficult services besides cable to get connected and disconnected. Wait weeks for a response to email questions never can get a live person on the line. Many numbers just ring endlessly. Nothing positive to say about their service or company.

Waste Management freed up so much of my time at a very reasonable rate. Throw in the other opportunities that they offer and it is money well spent and its less than a dollar a day!
