Once you set up service and you're dealing with the garbage guy it's good.. But their customer support over the phone is terrible!

My Waste Management driver is courteous deliberate and careful about emptying and replacing my garbage can. She always makes sure the lid is on top of the can before she leaves. There is never a mess around the can. When I see her I give her cookies.
