John Sinclair (5/5 stars, 6 years ago): From the outside looking in the Kootenai County Transfer Stations seem to be an anomaly to the rule that government can't do anything right. The place is as clean as a dump can be they move traffic along quickly encourage recycling and are affordable. I've never seen a better run dump.
