Eric Sheldon (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): DON'T use this company they're about as useful as the trash they collect. We've had multiple cases where the garbage truck comes down our road and doesn't pick up our garbage because it "wasn't at the road" I set the garbage out hours before they show up the drivers flat out lied to get out of doing their jobs. We forced them to come back. Over the 2 almost 3 years we've used this service I only missed 1 auto payment back in 11/24. They continued taking my auto payments the following months which I had thought included the month I missed. Instead of notifying me they decided to keep collecting monthly payments but refuse to pick up garbage. Then they want to charge a $100 re-enlisting fee even though I have been continuing to pay my monthly bill. Will be switching services as I want a reliable trash service and this company just offers service that is trash. Just reference all the 1 star reviews

Edward Amormino (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): Does companies actually is the worst I've had this company for 4 years I've always kept about my bill every time I make a payment I get another double payment Bill if I'm telling me that I haven't paid they do not communicate at all the only reason why I'm still with this company is cuz I have no other choice. I'm supposed to be paying a little over $100 for 3 months for 3 months so I just a price gouging itself. And I'm paying $218 every time I turn around 30 days later it's another $218 with them telling me that I didn't that my bills passed do. I do not recommend the service to anybody

Timothy Michael (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): I have been to this dump a dozen times over the last 3 years. Same thing every time I come. The lady who works the front is unfriendly and rude. She charges whatever price she feels like for the day and has a horrible attitude. If you question the price change she gets super defensive. Today I have finally had enough of being treated poorly for no reason whatsoever. Now I didn’t really have high expectations for a dump but even she should be working elsewhere away from the public. Take your garbage to Alma or Midland if you can your trash will thank you.
