My girls were playing and when they saw him coming they tried to get out of the way and the basketball slipped out of my daughter’s hand and rolled down our steep driveway) He tried to stop but it was too late. I heard the loud 💥POP💥 from inside the house. My daughter was in tears because it was her big brother’s basketball. He waved and apologized and said he’d bring us a new one on his next route. I waved and told him not to worry about it. BUT surprisingly he came by the next day on his day off to give this to my girls. ☺️❤️ What a nice surprise! My kids thanked him repeatedly as he drove off. What a genuine act of kindness.

Liz Grayson (1/5 stars, in the last week): Why did WM discontinue their 20-gallon trash can?? It was the perfect size for me to manage and it was less than $30. Now I am being told I have to use the 35-gallon can which is more than DOUBLE the price!! OVER $70?? I've had my 20g toter for almost twenty years. I am single as many of us are. I do not generate alot of trash. I rarely filled up the 20g on a weekly basis as it was. I am not quite old enough to qualify for your senior discount either not that it's much of a discount. And do you ever think about those of us who have difficulty managing the bigger 35-gallon can once it has trash in it? I live on a hill as many of us do in this rural area of the county. Just the can alone is heavy for me. SO ridiculous!! We are NOT all big families here. And I already compost my food waste in my backyard AND recycle as much as I can. I just need a small trash bin!!

Charles Jones (5/5 stars, a month ago): Date: 8 Mar 25 / Time: 1030ish First time to this transfer station and not real familiar with the area but it's easy to get to. When I arrived I pulled up and stopped at what I assume was an employee area not the place I was supposed to go. Walked in the trailer and explained to the gentlemen in room and a supervisor I believe it was my first time there. They helped got me sorted out nice bunch of guys. Then headed to the scale and spoke with a very polite and friendly lady again explained it was my first time. She took my license loaded me in the system and verified my address via a utility bill. She then explained precisely where I need to go. For trash it's to the right and pull up to one of the stalls. Drove down to the warehouse dumping area and spoke with two very helpful employees and said again first time here and once again they explained what to do. Toss that trash on the floor easy enough! Once finished I headed back up to the exit scales and again was met by a very friendly lady got me checked out. For someone who had no idea I truly it was a seamless process based on the professional polite and friendly employees. I'd say start to finish maybe 20 min (was unloading things by myself). Others may have different experiences but it was the easiest thing I've done this week. Cheers to the guys and gals out there doing this job you're professionals in my book.
