WM - Magnolia Landfill

Pam Parsons Dupuy (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): Do not use Waste Management. Overpriced and difficult to deal with. The driver/operators and bins are fine. It is the company that is rapacious in their pricing. Wanted to increase bill to $450/month for 2yd bin. So I called and they knocked it down to $320 with a 3 yr contract - which I signed. Then I called around and found out i could get a 4yr bin for 110-130 a month from competitors. WM wouldn't let me out of the contract. Had to talk to a different person who finally brought the price down to 160/month with twice weekly visits. I'm satisfied now but the process was very onerous. If you are local ask to speak to Rebecca who was great to work with.

Debra Logan (4/5 stars, 3 years ago): Expensive yes. But totally willing to pay extra to not have to drive up to the actual landfill and get in the mud. They provide a trailer for people that just need to dump a few things. One flat rate. We went to the other dump thats a couple of miles away and it was soooo bad. This place was nice n clean and friendly. Minus 1 star cuz yeah its expensive.

Luigi Zuchinni (2/5 stars, 2 years ago): It was smooth getting in and dumping but $90.00 flat rate for vehicle and trailer is just price gouging. All I had was a little 5x10 trailer with some stuff. I feel that it should go by weight. But the people were nice.
