WM - Glens Landfill

Ken S (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): ** So much for fixing my issue. Recieved another bill with late fee and an admin fee. Go on chat nope cant do that on chat. Which by the way is terrible because the responses dont go thru so you habe to do multiple times. And while you wait forever for someone to get on chat if you dont respond within a minute it disconnects. Call they always have high call volume so you wait on hold for 30 mins. I realize they deal with garbage but it doesnt mean the company should be garbage. Never again with WM. I had an issue. Once they were made aware of it they corrected it immediately and I appreciate that. Was a 1 star changed to 4 because they made things right.

Sandra Brickles (5/5 stars, 10 months ago): Second year using Glens Landfill for our cabin spring clean out. Easy process! Best part was the employees - specifically Tamara! We arrived tired dirty and exhausted but after talking/joking around our attitudes were definitely lifted 😊 great lady who made our ugly work a bit more fun! Thanks Tamara!

Theresa Woodward (2/5 stars, 2 years ago): The only reason I give them two stars is because the route driver is awesome and if it weren’t for him I’d try to figure out how to do no stars. Every quarter our bill goes up paperless billing is supposed to eliminate administrative fee charges yet they still charge you for them they sneak in additional pick up charges even if you never put anything additional out. They bank on you not looking at your online bill because it’s difficult to navigate. They’re just assuming you’re going to pay whatever they throw at you. I would avoid this company there are others in the area that are more upstanding.
