WM - Evergreen Landfill

Corey LeRoux (2/5 stars, a month ago): To get a simple answer about dropping off a single load I had to jump through tons of hoops and mash phone system buttons to get to a human operator who had no clue how to answer my question. No direct line to the local area locations just a phone system that is purposely designed to keep you as far away from a human as possible. If you're not a current customer they make it clear that you are not welcome here.

Katherine Scott (1/5 stars, 4 weeks ago): Extremely disappointed in this company. Why is it that when we have our trash out like it's supposed to be on time but the 40 mph winds knock it over it doesn't get taken? Are we supposed to stand outside all night to make sure it doesn't get knocked over just so the truck driver who refuses to get out of his truck to put it back upright will take it? Does this mean all the trash bins that the wind knocked over throughout the night won't get emptied either? Creating a ripple effect of trash bins overflowing the following week? I would really like to know how this company expects us to battle the 40 mph winds on trash day especially when trash is picked up at 6/630 before alarm clocks are going off.

SD (5/5 stars, 4 months ago): Amazing service. Love the use of technology. Love the little video clip showing my trash being picked up and also the availability of eta so that I can set out the trash cans on time.
