Nick Neitz (1/5 stars, a month ago): Ridiculous pricing and then when you cancel you have to pay 2x your monthly rate for them to pick up your can. With no option to drop it off yourself. They will beg for you to stay with them and even offer to LOWER your bill per month but won’t budge on the $75 return fee

Duane Ours (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): Dumpsters look nice and they typically show up when they’re supposed to and leave the area clean. That’s good. They are significantly higher than other trash services and if there’s anything that sticks up above the edge of the dumpster they immediately take a picture and send you a bill for overage and that bill will be for more than what your whole month will cost you for pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. BEWARE - your first contract with them is three years and there’s no way to get out of it. They don’t tell you this of course but according to their customer service rep It’s in a bold section on the contract. They make no apologies and they stand firmly behind that contract because they know they got you! When you try to get out of the contract it is the WORST possible situation. You need send them via CERTIFIED mail a NOTARIZED letter telling them you want to end your contract and it has to be 90 DAYS before the contract actually ends or it will automatically renew! I have 2 businesses in 2 different cities and I have never had to jump through hoops like this with any other service we have ever had. This is for trash service! It’s really unbelievable. Use them if there are no other options.

Christine Andrade (5/5 stars, 4 months ago): WM provides great service & customer service. I have never experienced a missed pick up day & love that they let you know your pick day around the holidays if there is a delay. Would recommend to family & friends!
