Recycling Jon Howe is integrity personified and I thank him for reissuing a 15 year old $650 check i found that i failed to cash back in 2010. He's an exceptional human being. I thank u sir. In the days of Amazon deliveries and Costco runs our bin gets stuffed two days after it’s emptied left to marinate for another 12 days. Any overage is doomed to gather inside the house in yet another box. But today I was made aware the existence of a recycling center nearby—West Seattle Recycling. It will take a few trips even with backseats folded flat but I am absolutely stoked to have a home free of cardboard stacks going forward! Nice folks no hassles.

However I seem to feel that Im getting ripped off a bit when I bring in a handful of scrap metals and copper.. I could be wrong but it seems that the regulars such as the drug addicts who come in to sell whatever stolen stuff they have gathered likely will be paid the more.I dont know. But here I am. I work in maintenance and I have access to all kinds of scrap metals ect very often. And I seem to have this feeling Im get shorted on the amount of things I bring in.I will leave it there. But I no longer will be selling scrap metal at this location. And by the way the owner older guy who has been around lately gives me weird old Seattle undercover bigot vibes. The experience and the pay is off when he is there This is just my honest observation.
