The people here have always been very friendly and very helpful. Makes me. Feel good about the county government. That does not always happen.

Super inconvenient hours barely open: as others mentioned: WHY closed Mondays? & Please what about weekday workers that only have weekends to get projects completed? their home cleanup stuff that needs hauling after a weekend's work? No Mondays? And then closing at 3:45 rest of the week? That's issues piling like yesterday's trash. Charlotte Co's got people working 9-to-5 (or later!) & then... CC dump's banker's hours. That makes it hard for residents to do the right thing. CC Dump needs hours that work for the People not just for itself. Later closings should be considered- perhaps once a week even: later eve hours for those working late shifts & home projects. If Charlotte County really wants residents to clean up they should make it easier hours (such as those unfortunate with code issues). It's Time to rethink these hours and give the community a hand to help get things tidied up.
