The gentlemen in charge of the site is Quintin. He is the most professional courteous knowledgeable and respectful human. Quintin needs to be acknowledged for the great service he provides. He deserves a raise in salary.

would not let me dump my leaves because I live on the other side of town. he asked why was I coming to this dump when the other one was closer. i told him because I have to go to tampa right after this and it's on the way. he told me in order for me to dump my leaves I would have to pay him 25 dollars. I asked for a supervisor he said he was busy and would turn me around because my address says I live on the other side of town. I ended up paying him 25 dollars to dump my leaves.
