Waste Management - South Albuquerque Hauling

M Barrera (1/5 stars, a month ago): My trash can wasn’t picked up on Friday because the wind knocked it over. I called for a courtesy pick up on Monday they said it would be Monday or Tuesday. I get an email Tuesday afternoon stating they rescheduled it for Wednesday. I waited all day and nothing. I check my account and they marked it as picked up. Now Thursday what’s the point since it will be picked up on Friday. I wish we had other options because this company is the worst. When a driver can’t get down and pick up the can. We have no control over Mother Nature.

Sakura Chan (1/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): I live in an apartment complex and even the property management have contacted them to come pick up the trash which they have not picked it up at all! it already has been two weeks! The winds have been coming up and it's going to be a big mess if they don't do their job.

gordon simpson (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): I live on crestwood and my recycle trash was not picked up it was stout the night before pickup day and my neighbor recycle was not picked up. The north.side of crest was pickup but they didn't get the south street side. I could not find your phone numbers to call. WHAT A OPERATION
