Terrible customer service. They have been telling me for over a month that my old trash bins would be picked up and never do. I got fined from my HOA because they told me they would be picking them up but don’t. Anytime i reach out it’s “they will be picked up the following Thursday” and that’s after I email 5 times. I have nowhere to store these extra cans. Good luck getting any help from them. After reviewing other reviews this seems like an ongoing issue.

Planning a move to Vancouver and I'm a bit shocked by how simple and straightforward the waste system is here. Jenna was a fantastic support agent. In a 10min call I got everything I needed and information about a few very helpful related services I didn't expect a city waste management company to do. Great first impression for city services. It was not this easy moving within California.

Great service! I like to use the app for reminders alerts and to search how to properly discard different kinds of waste. I have not had an issue with them until just recently when garbage pickup on my entire street was skipped one week without notice. I would not recommend e-mailing customer service call instead.
