I have not had any issues for the past several years. I never see my drivers as they come by when I am still snug in bed but the garbage yardwaste and recycling is always picked up as expected and no mess left behind. Thank you for your service.

Rachael Papesh (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): I had a horrible experience using the chat feature to ask about my account and try and schedule a live Christmas tree pickup. First when I tried to schedule online is said my account had been cancelled due to none payment. That was not correct at all so I jumped onto the chat. It was apparent from the beginning that this person Viveck was not fluent in English. He confirmed that my account was canceled and that I hadn't made a payment since 9/07/2023. Meanwhile I literally just paid this month and I'd never missed a payment since I moved to this area in January 2024. My trash and recycle was literally just picked up this morning. So after going back and forth he suddenly said my account was good and paid up. I asked several times what the issue was and he never responded. He again didn't speak English very well and so I had to keep asking what he was trying to ask me. I asked to speak to someone else who I could understand and communicate with better and he ignored that too. He told me I can't have a tree pickup because I don't have yard waste service and then immediately ended the chat. I wasn't even able to ask him what that was or if I could pay to get that service. Awful awful awful. When I initially set up my account in 2024 I had to call and the lady I talked to was so rude and acting like I was bothering her the entire time. I've never had good customer service from this place.

I like the flexibility of being able to choose the size of canister our family needs & being able to make changes if needed at a later time.
