Alex Hawk (1/5 stars, a year ago): Beware: THEY DO NOT TEST WHAT THEY RE-SELL. They ignored my eBay messages emails and voicemails. I bought a graphics card and a motherboard from them and the graphics card was defective. Instead of a refund I wanted to exchange for another motherboard. I live in Portland and I asked if I could mail back the defective part and if they could ship the motherboard I wanted if I paid the difference minus the graphics card. They said “Yes. Just send an offer for the cost on eBay for what you want” They then REJECTED that offer even though I put in a message explaining the situation. I called back asking what gives and they said “Submit another offer and I will take care of it” Surprise. They rejected that offer too. I finally just drove back up to Auburn and I got the motherboard I wanted and drove home. Well this motherboard is defective too. I am not driving back up to Seattle again so I am shipping it back and just filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Communication and quality control is severely lacking with this company. Will not be back.
