I'm a customer and I called up to see if they're going to send a truck out because they missed picking up the entire street from one side all the way to a main road. Simple question. So you call to see if they're still going to do a pickup and all you get is some ill toned lady representative with an attitude that further breaks down trust thru lack of respect. The lady immediately tried to create a false narrative of: Did you close the lid? Was there any impediment near the pickup zone? And a dozen other questions. It's simple Ma'am answer the phone politely without a tone don't pretend to be an investigator to create a false narrative. Your driver failed to pick-up trash for several blocks yesterday Are you Will you find out to see if their coming today? Simple then learn how to talk to people respectfully/professionally. It's simple interpersonal communications skills 101. Stop treating your customers as a burden. Get rid of your so-called answering service if you cannot help a customer out when they simply are inquiring about waste/garbage pickup that hasn't picked up. That lady representative was the worse. Instead of being professional kind polite she had a very moody tone she kept cutting me off and it seemed she wanted to create a false narrative that it was just our garbage when it was the entire street for multiple blocks.

Again I send a message via my account on there web site then I send another via the app in case that didn't work as I had heard nothing by the next day. In the end I call them by the end of the following day as no messages to say they received anything from me. I eventually get to a lady for the metro phoenix area as the menu doesn't list anything for east valley to be told they know about it and have sent it to the dispatch desk for dealing with they will call me. Well you can guess what happened by the end of the day after that (which is a friday) I have heard nothing. I think what gets me most is not just a message saying sorry but we were unable to get to you in time. That would have helped. Oh and I am paying for this service as well bet I don't get a credit on my account. All I ask is would those people running this expect to be treated like this. If I could change service I would.

Long waiting time when calling and the lady answering the phone really needs help with her tonal communication. I think things would be more professional if the lady answering for Waste Connection Apache Junction could be friendly sound caring instead of treating paying customers like they were trying to get over them.Treating customers with contempt is absolutely unnecessary and sad.
