Great folks. Honest and up front pricing always worth the drive from Shreveport.

After many years of doing business and never had an issue i was met with a not so pleasent attitude when told that the scale was closed.. when i asked what time it closed i was toldin a rude manner 530 then when i asked the time i was told in the same manner 530 .... When i started to explain that i had drove from Stonewall and had never been turned away at the exact minute of their dead line or even a few minutes past on a couple of occasions.....Or spoken to in a manner. I would have hoped to have gotten some understanding that you would not be opened tomorrow and that i did show up before 530 as a car was appatemtly broken down in front of the roll up door.......which would have surely allowef me to be at the scale before the 530 dead line that was such a problem without concern of what 1 minute that was on time or how it 5 mins pasted your time should have been worth it and do what would have been the right thing to do...Lisa im sorry to even feel the need to write this and do inderstand we all have our bad days... Just felt you should know..... Thanks
