Also the management will take it as a Joke if reported. The manager sent the wrong text back to me which shows how unprofessional this individual can be. r scott carlson (5/5 stars, 6 years ago): I've been selling my scrap metal exclusively to W. Silver for almost 10 years. I appreciate not having to constantly shop around - with these guys I have confidence that the scales are accurate the prices are very fair and most important the customer service is excellent. The guys in the steel yard always cheerfully help me unload even when I've been less than efficient loading the truck. The guys in the non-ferrous shed are conscientious and friendly. The cashier is always spot on and even general management is cool. If I have to criticize anything I'll say that they could be more competitive with their price for aluminum cans. But it's all good.

RW (2/5 stars, 3 years ago): This used to be a great resource for recycling. Now they only take businesses and the compensation is horrible unless you're a big company with a lot of non-contaminated metal. Recently received $10 for weight that brought $80 my prior visit before their change. Staff is usually kind. The last visit the lady was honory and indignant for no good od reason. Discouraging experience but use to love this place.
