What is not accepted in the recycling bin?
Do not include plastic bags and wrap, Styrofoam, prescription bottles, single-use coffee pods, paint cans, pots and pans, small scrap metal, ceramics, drinking glasses, paper cups, shredded paper or tissue paper. Items should not be shredded, boxed, bagged or bundled.

I have to say the best service we have ever had in our area. I called because we missed getting our cans to the road on Sat. The after hours person sent me a text right away. Pleasant spot on service all the time!!

Had a dumpster moved to our new location however our rep didn't put in notes not to do it before 8 am as we have nieghbors and the business location is on my property that shares with my home. I have a new born and didn't want him woken up guess what dumpster came at 7 am I called and spoke to Sam brown who extended her deepest apology and put on our service contract for after 8 am for every time we call for service. Thought I was going to be on phone for a while....nope 4 mins later I was happy and satisfied!

Who's bright idea over at USA Waste was it to send a guy smack into the middle of a 220 unit condo complex at 5:00AM in the morning with his big flatbed truck to drop a huge dumpster (and load up another huge dumpster)? Yes 5AM in the morning!! The loudest most obnoxious thing I (and everyone else) in the complex had to be startled awake to. Dropping that dumpster literally shook the freakin building never mind the noise! Dude getting in and out of the truck music blasting in his cabin hydraulics blowing while he's loading up the filled dumpster that stupid beeping sound while he kept backing up the truck not a care in the world... 5AM! Yea we all like to get a start on the day sometimes but can you at least wait until it actually is the morning (and not still the night before)?
