James Smith (1/5 stars, a week ago): I called there to make sure I will be able sell a coil out of an outside AC unit straight to point after I jumped through the hoops I got my ticket went to the cashier and this one guy (Black hair) took over asking all kinds of questions then call to the back to make sure I'm not lieing more delay he then print out a check lay it front of me and says I will mail it to you don't want to pull the race card but from reading other complaints. Ryan Gallagher (5/5 stars, 10 months ago): I live in south Palm Bay and have been to TMR a few times now and have had nothing but great customer service and satisfaction. I’ve had questions on multiple occasions that the workers had no issue answering and were knowledgeable in the field. I’ve not had a bad interaction even on the hottest days. I went today to drop a load of steel and they had a customer appreciation event going on by far the best yard I’ve been to and the best people to interact with. Thank you for the positive interactions I’ll be coming back!
