Been coming here for years the service has slowed to a snails pace. They need two lines for the title side and the scrap side. Waiting for 25 minutes to get a ticket is unacceptable

3 stars because the place is amazing and works exactly like I'd imagine they should but the 2 missing stars are for the lady at the scale (older white hair I think) she is so mean and grouchy. I was afraid to look at her the wrong way Holy smokes. All peace and love if she was just having a bad day but.... wow this place is great tho.
