They don't organize ur materials on the scale they are supposed to be the professional metal buyers and don't separate ur metals properly and they make mistakes on there receipts forget to add numbers and tare scale would definitely never have my business ever again 70 pounds of aluminum and 30 dirty aluminum only 18$ they are so un American it's. ALL the employees where so pleasant and helpful. I was a little worried as I didn't know what to expect but each employee did there best to explains the whole process and what steps to take. Nathan even handed out water! I wish I remembered all there names to say thank you. I left with $60 and a smile. They where all great!

At least the gent at the gate was polite. After multiple unanswered phone calls came by the Kaley location to see about selling some lead acid batteries. Not mentioned on the web site: a 2 battery/day limit regardless of size. If you don't want to answer the phone don't put "CALL US" in big green letters on the website.
