Jim Gleason (1/5 stars, a year ago): Do not use this company. It took forever for them to write me a check after repeated requests. Once I got the check for 9 989.00 it bounced. They don’t have enough money in their account to cover it after another two weeks. I wish I would have read these review before I took my scrap to them. This was money I was going to give to my daughter to use for her wedding. 😡

Ivan Moore (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Terrible experience with this company. They towed vehicle to a different lot than theirs for processing then after a month to their lot. Alicia promised payment multiple times and finally gave me the number to the owner Don. Don promised payment and said it would be mailed that day. 3 weeks later they say they had the wrong address. Confirmed correct address and yet 3 months later still no check. It's now been 6 months and I have yet to receive a dime.

David Carter (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): This company completely stiffed us on payment. Repeatedly asked for payment and was promised it was coming. This went on for weeks. Never received payment. This was for a commercial account and they owed us over $1 500. So wouldn’t trust them.
