About this center
The City of El Paso collects curbside recyclables every other week on residents’ regular garbage collection day. The program asks residents to place clean, loose recyclables in the blue bin and keeps electronics out of curbside collection; the city directs residents to Citizen Collection Stations for e-waste.

Well I thought I lost my blue bin? NO the city took it for being to heavy and they think wrong items are in it. The bin they claim was too heavy and fell in truck. I never heard of weight limits and it was cardboard cans and plastic. There are no warnings or notes? They just take it for 6mo and do a class lol you can keep your bin. I was trying to help ELP. Easier for me. Good job promoting recycling ELP. Just get rid of program cost too much to run anyways

They didn’t pick up no notice and bin is full. The entire block. Oh but they do charge a hefty fee for the poor service!!
